Xiaomi launched their latest device the Xiaomi Mi5S Plus, the successor of the Xiaomi MI5. The Android Manufacturer giant, Samsung bought out the stunning Galaxy S7 Edge a few months back and Galaxy Note 7 late last month. Though the Xiaomi Mi5S Plus costs way too less than the Samsung devices, it gives a very tough competition to the other phones. The Mi5 Plus costs around 350$ while the Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy Note 7 costs 650$ and 899$ respectively. Looking at this, the Galaxy S7 Edge costs almost the double of the Xiaomi Mi5Plus. Today we will be doing a comparison between Xiaomi Mi5s plus vs Samsung Galaxy Note 7 vs Samsung Galaxy S7 and  see who wins in Xiaomi Mi5s plus vs Samsung Galaxy Note 7 vs Galaxy S7 Edge.

The Xiaomi Mi5S Plus features a Metal Unibody design with a 5.7-inch FullHD Display. It weighs around 168 grams. The Galaxy S7 Edge has the best looks a phone can ever have. The Edgy display makes it the most attractive device ever.  The Galaxy S7 Edge features a Dual Edge 5.5inch Quad-HD AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2560×1140 pixels. The Mi5S runs on MIUI OS while the both of the Samsung devices run on TouchWiz OS. The Xiaomi Mi5S Plus is powered by a 2.35GHz Snapdragon 821 SoC. On the other hand, the Galaxy S7 Edge shows Octa-core, 2300 MHz, Exynos M1 and ARM Cortex-A53, a 64-bit processor running on 4GB of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi5S Plus is available in two variants depending on the RAM and Internal Storage.

The Galaxy Note 7 works on the Octa-core 2.3 GHz Mongoose & 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53. The Galaxy Note 7  scores 134660 on the Antutu Benchmark scores while the Galaxy S7 Edge scores 132849.

Just like the Apple’s all new iPhone 7 Plus, the Xiaomi Mi5S Plus also features dual camera’s at the back with 13MP Sony sensor with f/2.2 aperture, which is divided into colour and black & white, to offer rich details and less noise. It also features a 4MP front camera. The Galaxy S7 Edge is known for its amazing low-light photography. The Galaxy Note 7 and Galaxy S7 Edge have the same cameras, 12MP rear-facing with 4K video and a 5MP front-facing.

Xiaomi Mi5S Plus in two storage sizes, 64GB and 128GB. There is no slot provided for the SDCard which means you won’t be able to expand the storage in the device and will have to stick with either 64GB or 128, which seems is enough. While the Galaxy Note 7 is packed with 64GB of storage and expandable to 256GB via a MicroSD card. On the other hand, the Galaxy S7 also is available in two variants, 32GB and 64GB and just like the Note 7 it can be expanded up to 257GB with the help of a microSD card.

All of these devices have a fingerprint security. The Galaxy Note 7 and Galaxy S7 Edge have it on the front side while the Xiaomi Mi5S Plus has it on the back side. Both of the Galaxy’s are IP68 which means it can be submerged in water to a depth of roughly 1.5m for 30 minutes. The Galaxy S7 Edge uses the typical micro-USB while the Xiaomi Mi5S Plus and Galaxy Note 7 come with the all new USB TYPE-C cable. All of these devices support Quick Charging which allows it to go from 0℅ to 100℅ in an hour. And the best part is that all of them have the 3.5mm Earphone Jack xD

So now we’re up with the conclusion for this war, and according to us, the Galaxy S7 Edge ranked 1st amongst the three. The Xiaomi Mi5S Plus and the Galaxy Note 7 is not at all bad, but the Galaxy S7 Edge ranked them out. People having a low budget may consider the Mi5S Plus band we can assure they won’t be disappointed. If you have a lot of cash in your wallet, then the Galaxy S7 Edge is the perfect choice!
